About Me

Jackie Copriviza has been in Commercial Real Estate since 1985 and a Broker licensee since 1992. She has been involved in transactions in Santa Clara, Monterey, San Benito and Santa Cruz County representing Landlords and Tenants. She has worked with Landlord’s from the ground up sales, leasing efforts and entitlement process of a new development as well as representing national (ie. Ross Dress for Less, Safeway, Walgreens, Sears, Farmers Insurance, Ameriprise and USPS) and Mom and Pop tenants in their needs to open new stores/offices, relocate, or downsize. Jackie has been an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers since 1986 working closely with referring brokers from all over the Country.
